Notion App Smackdown - GEN 2243-001

 Hey friends,

Lately, I’ve been leaning heavily on Notion, and it’s been such a great tool for organizing my life and projects. If you’re not familiar, Notion is an all-in-one workspace where you can build pretty much anything—notes, task lists, databases, you name it. What I love most is its flexibility. I can create simple daily to-dos or dive deep into more complex project tracking, without too much thinking. It’s like a blank canvas that adapts to how you want to work.

One thing that has really stood out to me is how seamless it is for collaboration. Sharing pages with teammates, assigning tasks, and having everything update in real-time just makes life easier. And since it’s cross-platform, I can access everything no matter where I am—on my laptop at home or my phone on the go. If you’ve been looking for a tool to help organize your projects, big or small, I highly recommend giving Notion a try.

I hope this video will be useful for you. Let me know if you’re already using Notion or if you’re thinking of starting—I’d love to hear how you’re finding it.

  2. Oh I absolutely love this! I could use this not only now with organizing my work here at Stockton, but this will be amazing to use in my teaching as well. Also I love the look of your presentation, the first image is just so cool. I sat there looking at it for a little bit before I started the video to just see what all was there. I might actually start using this now since I have so much to do not only in school, but with work also. Thank you for sharing!

  3. Having a collaboration app that updates in real time is a game changer and a huge difference from Google which can lag out and run behind. I wish all of the apps that I use for school were cross platform like Notion, it makes it so much easier to access your work wherever you are.

The collaboration and flexibility of the app is something that is not seen in many teacher apps and you did an amazing job explaining how you can use it. I also like how you talked about how it can be used day to day or for complex projects. Great job!
